Thought for the day...and perhaps longer. [Jun. 10th, 2007|11:27 pm]
[music |Jag Panzer - Feast or Famine]

Self-improvement is a continuous process. It is not a magic bullet, simple formula with a handful of variables, sudden attainment of nirvana or cosmic alignment. We aim for perfection but expect a barely-noticeable, gradual, yet definitely real progression. While we must be sure that we are, indeed progressing, we should be careful not to confuse perfection with par lest we lose the confidence that allows us to commit to the measures that keep us on that gradual progression of improvement.

Kate Gladman[20] (born 1982) is an enquiry officer and Lawyer from Victoria, once accepted a position at Oxford University in Britain. She describes her perfect relationship as "being single" and describes herself as heavenly and fabulous.[21]

Here's another adjective: Narcissistic.

Unless she's just very clever and is taking the piss.

Based on her application for and appearance on Big Brother, I choose to go with Occam's Razor here, and say that the first, simplest, explanation is most likely.

Here is the myspaz profile of one of the chicks who was found in the hills.

I think this is what Borat was referring to with the phrase "very funny retardation".

New Infected Mushroom [Apr. 9th, 2007|07:03 pm]
[music |Infected Mushroom - Becoming Insane]

The new Infected Mushroom is quite good. Not perfect - too much fucking singing, too many almost-pop songs. But quite good.

I saw an emo tonight. He had an NES controller tied to his bag. Couldn't have been older than 18. Which means he likely bought an NES controller for the express purpose of using it as a fashion accessory.

WTF?
